We believe support from family and friends is a critical component of recovery. Whether your loved one can respond to you or not, you can help keep their spirits up by simply being there. We encourage visits as often as possible and invite you to bring family pictures, letters, and cherished personal items to surround your loved one with postivity.

Family Involvement

At Kindred Hospitals, we take an interdisciplinary approach to care planning and we believe family members are an important part of that team. At your request, we can hold family meetings with your loved one’s care team to discuss progress, provide education on a treatment plan, or review the discharge plan in preparation for post-hospital life. Our staff is ready to make your experience with us as pleasant and inclusive as possible. Please ask a case manager if you would like to schedule one of these discussions.

Cafeteria

Our cafeteria is located on the first floor on the north side of the building.

Operating Hours:

Lunch Hours (Monday to Friday): 12:15 PM - 1:30 PM
Weekend Grab-n-Go Hours: 12: 15 PM - 1:30 PM

Beverages:

Coffee and Tea: Available at all times for that perfect pick-me-up, ensuring you're refreshed whenever you need.
Drink Selections (Monday to Friday): 12:15 PM - 1:30 PM

Additional Amenities:

Vending Machines:Accessible around the clock, our vending machines are stocked with a range of snacks and beverages to satisfy your cravings, even outside regular cafeteria hours.

Parking and Security

Free visitor parking is provided in designated areas in the hospital lot, including spaces for handicapped parking. While we strive to keep all areas of the hospital secure, we are not responsible for vehicle damage, fire, or theft while parked in the hospital lot.

Security staff is on duty around the clock and can provide escorts to and from your car upon request. Doors are secured throughout the day; please use the doorbell located at the front to gain access to the hospital.
