Hospital Information

Visiting Hours

We ask that visitors arrive after 11 a.m. so our team members can complete their morning round of care in the most efficient manner. Visiting hours end at 8 p.m. If you have any special needs or requests related to visitation, please speak to the Nursing Supervisor. In response to COVID precautions, children under 18 years old are not permitted to visit without prior approval of the nursing supervisor.

Visitation for loved ones in the ICU will be structured around their physician’s recommendations based on their condition.

Cafeteria

Our cafeteria is located to the left of the main entrance of the hospital. We provide a full-course lunch from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Vending machines provide snacks and drinks around the clock and are located in the parking lot entrance.

Parking and Security

Free visitor parking is provided in a gated area 24 hours a day. While we strive to provide security for all areas of the hospital, we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, fire or theft of any vehicle parked on the hospital property.

Because the safety of you and your loved ones is important to us, we strive to make our facility as safe as possible; therefore, our entrances are locked at 6 p.m., but you may use the Coachman Avenue patio entrance if you are visiting after 6 p.m.

Financial Matters

To guide you and your loved ones through the financial process, we have a dedicated business office staff member to handle all insurance billing. Should you have questions on the financial details or insurance coverage, we are more than willing to arrange a meeting.
