About Our Hospital

Kindred Hospital Sycamore helps patients return to the lives they love.

At our 69-bed hospital, our physician-led care teams provide critically ill patients with the specialized acute care and rehabilitation they need, for the time they need it - empowering them to take the next step in their recovery journey.

Our hospital is nestled within a neighborhood close to schools, and not far from Blumen gardens, Reston Ponds and the Sycamore sports center.

Visitor Information

For safety, please:

Obtain a visitor’s pass at the Information Desk upon arrival. Limit visitors to two at a time. Passes are valid only for the date and area shown, and should be worn at all times. Return the pass when you leave.
Keep noise to a minimum.
No smoking on hospital grounds as we are a tobacco-free facility.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours are daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You may be asked to wait outside the room during care.

Visiting with Children

Children must be approved by administration and supervised at all times.

Cafeteria

Located on the main floor, open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Vending machines and free beverages are available.
Credit cards only, no cash.

Parking and Security

Visitor parking is available in designated areas, including handicapped spaces. The hospital is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, or fire.

Financial Matters

To guide you and your loved ones through the financial process, we have a dedicated business office staff member to handle all insurance billing. Should you have questions on the financial details or insurance coverage, we are more than willing to arrange a meeting.
